Tunç Metal Casting Industrial Company was founded by Mr. Mustafa BIÇKI in 1974 for making non-ferrous metal manufacturing (copper alloys and aluminum alloys).

Our company always aims to adapt itself to today’s conditions by renewing its technology and bench park. It adopts this as a principle.

A significant position has been obtained in centrifugal casting providing superior features by making serious studies for satisfying demands of developed industry. Liquid metal capacity was raised. Bench Park was enlarged. Centrifugal molds’ range was enlarged. Thus, it became enable centrifugal mono-block casting up to 1000 mm diameter and 1250 kg.
In recent years, cost-effective, rapid and high-quality manufacturing has become inevitable due to developing conditions around the world. Our company took them in consideration and then, continuous casting plant was started to be operated. Our target is to satisfy our customers’ demands by manufacturing high-quality products with maximum stock and in a wide range through continuous casting.

Our company manufactures copper alloys (tin bronze, red bronze, lead bronze, manganese bronze and aluminum bronze) and aluminum alloys according to international standards (DIN, SAE, ASTM, BS, JIS, UNI etc) under analysis control through centrifugal casting, continuous casting and sand casting methods.
